In accordance with the fourth sustainable development goal of the UN 2030 Agenda, we seek to improve learning and teaching conditions in volatile regions in order to make high quality education accessible to all children. We see schools as anchor points that allow us to give children the chance of a self-determined future and establish self-sufficiency in entire regions. We adopta holistic approach by providing both the necessary infrastructure as well as developing the capacities of our target groups. We do not only build and equip schools; we also educate teachers and students and work to ensure that the basic needs of school communities in matters of sanitation, nutrition and accommodation are met. We are currently actively working in Afghanistan and Uganda.
